CAMBER joins forces

CAMBER joins forces with EvoRoads and iDriving to explore data-driven road safety solutions

On 13 June, the CAMBER project participated in a joint online workshop alongside the EvoRoads and iDriving projects to explore how data can contribute to safer and more efficient road systems across Europe.

During the session, the three projects shared their current progress, exchanged experiences, and identified opportunities for collaboration on common challenges such as data accessibility, measuring impact, and applying solutions in real-world settings.

Despina Vounasis and Olivera Rozi from EIRA presented CAMBER’s approach, highlighting the development of low-cost, data-informed tools tailored for public authorities. The focus is on supporting municipalities in making road safety improvements that are both practical and scalable.

The workshop reaffirmed the importance of cross-project collaboration as a means of amplifying effective practices and enhancing road safety throughout Europe.
